"The tracking info was frustrating. The site..."
The tracking info was frustrating. The site kept saying my package hadn’t even shipped, and then out of nowhere it updated to delivered… a day after it had already arrived. I had no idea where it was the whole time, and support wasn’t really able to help much either. The product might be fine, but the tracking made the whole experience way more annoying than it needed to be :/

"Frustrating to Open Up and Fix"
I thought doing a quick repair or basic maintenance would be straightforward, but this is where it got annoying. Getting access to anything inside was way harder than it needed to be, and even simple fixes ended up feeling like a hassle.

"I bought this thinking it would work with..."
I bought this thinking it would work with my setup, but the mounting ended up not being compatible at all. I had to mess around with adapters just to get it on there, and even now it still feels kind of off. Like, make it make sense. Frustrating experience overall

"Import fees caught me off guard"
I ordered from vkbcontrollers.com and later ended up getting charged customs/import duties that I really wasn’t expecting. Maybe I should’ve known better, I’m not sure, but it definitely surprised me.

It might be mentioned somewhere on the site, but during checkout it didn’t feel clear enough to me. I thought the price I was paying was basically the final total, and then it turned out not to be.

Support was okay, not terrible, but the whole thing still left me feeling a bit annoyed. I just wish the extra costs had been much more obvious before I paid.

"Kind of Frustrating Preorder Updates"
I placed a preorder and after that it was kind of like, who knows what’s happening. The backorder info wasn’t super clear, and the emails I got didn’t really explain much either. I’m usually fine waiting a bit, but I just want some sort of update so I’m not left guessing. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

"Not as precise as I hoped"
As someone who plays a lot of games where small adjustments really matter, this was frustrating. I couldn’t get smooth inputs no matter what I tried. Tiny movements felt kind of jumpy, and I kept overcorrecting during gameplay. I spent some time tweaking the settings, but it never really felt natural to me. For the price, I expected much better precision.

"My first impression was bad..."
My first impression was bad because of the button layout. Right away it felt cluttered and unintuitive, like my fingers couldn’t just settle into the controls naturally.

After using it a bit more, that initial feeling didn’t really improve. Some of the buttons seem to be in odd spots, and I kept hitting the wrong ones during normal use, which got annoying fast.

I’m not factoring in shipping or customer service here, just the controls themselves. For me, the layout made the whole experience more frustrating than fun.

"Should’ve trusted my gut on the customization"
I bought this thinking I’d be able to tweak everything exactly how I wanted, but the modular setup ended up feeling more confusing than useful. Swapping parts was kind of a pain, and it didn’t feel nearly as flexible as I expected. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, the customization just became more hassle than it was worth. I probably should’ve trusted my first instinct on this one

"Box showed up beat up"
The box arrived in rough shape, and the packaging felt really flimsy. It was torn in a few spots, and I could hear parts rattling around inside before I even opened it. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I definitely expected it to be packed a lot better.

"Return took more effort than expected"
I was excited to try my VKB order, the shopping part was fine. I’ve seen plenty of good things about their gear, so I wasn’t going into it expecting any issues, and I’m not really trying to say the products themselves are bad.

That said, once I decided to return it, the whole process started to feel like way more work than it needed to be. The refund took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up multiple times before I felt like I was getting a clear answer about what was going on.

In the end, I did get through it, but it left a bad taste. I’d be hesitant to order from them again unless I was completely sure I was keeping the item...

I bought a VKB controller the documentation was the most frustrating part of the whole thing. Some pages felt outdated, a bunch of steps seemed to be missing, and I ended up bouncing between forum posts and random PDFs just to figure out the basic setup. Half the pictures didn’t even match what I was seeing on my screen. What a joke. Maybe it’s easier if you already know their software, but as a regular user, this was confusing and basically killed my evening. Disappointed.

"Not the smooth update process I expected"
I went into the firmware update thinking it would be a quick, straightforward thing, especially for a controller like this. Instead, it turned into a frustrating mess. The software felt outdated and clunky, the instructions left me guessing more than once, and I ended up having to restart the whole process twice before it finally worked. I expected a much more polished experience, so this was disappointing and made me second-guess the purchase a bit.

"I was all set to place..."
I was all set to place my order, but then the shipping cost showed up later and it really threw me off. It felt like it was kind of hidden until the last minute, which is frustrating. if that keeps happening, I’d probably just shop somewhere else. Shipping costs should be shown clearly upfront, not right before checkout

"Am I missing something, or is the setup way too annoying?"
I tried getting the software set up, but it felt way more frustrating than it needed to be. The settings were confusing, and I kept feeling like certain options were either hard to find or just not available. Am I missing something here, or is it really this limited?

"Couldn't even place my order"
I spent a while browsing the site and picking out what I wanted, thinking I was all set to buy. Then I got to the shipping part and found out they don’t even deliver to my country. that was frustrating after putting in the time. I wish they made that clear much earlier instead of waiting until checkout. I ended up just going somewhere else. One star because it felt like a waste of time.

"I was trying to buy a controller..."
I was trying to buy a controller, but the site made the whole thing way more frustrating than it needed to be. The menus felt cluttered, and I kept getting bounced around while trying to find the right item.

The checkout process was even worse. Pages were loading slowly, the shipping info wasn’t very clear, and I couldn’t tell if my order had gone through or not. I ended up giving up after a while, and at the very least I’d expect an apology for how messy the experience was

"Warranty claim eventually got sorted"
My warranty claim did get resolved in the end, which I’m relieved about, but it took a lot more chasing than I expected. I just wish there had been clearer updates along the way so I knew things were actually moving and didn’t have to keep checking in.

"Getting It Set Up Was a Pain"
The setup was just awful. I thought it would be straightforward, but nope, it turned into one of those frustrating things where you keep thinking you’re almost done and then something else goes wrong. I had to stop, go back, try again, and by the end I was just annoyed. Maybe it works fine once everything is finally ready, but the setup experience really tested my patience...

I don’t know... I just feel like I paid way too much for what I actually got. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but for the price, I expected more. Kinda feels overpriced, honestly.

"Don’t Count on It Being Restocked"
I waited weeks hoping this would come back in stock, but the restock date just kept getting pushed back. Eventually I gave up. Just a heads up for anyone else waiting around, don’t get your hopes up too much.
